Coastal Vibes Counseling, LLC is in network with most Horizon BCBS insurance plans. If you have a different provider or your specific plan is not covered I encourage you to look into your "Out-Of-Network benefits". This value may be printed on the back of your card and that balance could already be met through various appointments you attended this year. Majority cost of our sessions may be covered by your provider and it could be as simple as uploading a session receipt or monthly SuperBill for you for reimbursement.
To find out call the member services 1-800 number on the back of your card and use this sample script when calling your insurance company.
